Intellectual Property Statement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others as we expect others to respect ours. If you believe that any content on the ZOPERRQ website or any linked platform infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal infringement notice to our designated IP complaint email:

Required Information for Infringement Notice

Your complaint must include all of the following:
  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right allegedly infringed.
  2. Detailed identification of the intellectual property right infringed, including registration number and jurisdiction (if applicable).
  3. Detailed identification of the allegedly infringing material, including its exact location on the website or application, with sufficient information to allow us to locate it quickly.
  4. If the complaint involves a registered design, clearly identify the design and provide its registration number.
  5. If the complaint involves a utility model, identify the utility model and provide supporting court orders or judgments.
  6. Your full name, company affiliation (if any), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  7. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  8. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

Our Actions Upon Receipt of Valid Notice

Upon receiving a complete and valid infringement notice, we reserve the right to:
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • Disable links to the infringing material;
  • Notify the allegedly infringing party that we have removed or disabled access;
  • Terminate access to ZOPERRQ services for repeat infringers;
  • Take other actions as permitted under our Terms of Use and applicable laws.

ZOPERRQ and its affiliates retain all intellectual property rights in the ZOPERRQ website, related mobile applications, and the underlying technology used to provide our services. These rights include, but are not limited to, copyright, trademarks, trade dress, and other proprietary rights. Governing Law & User Rights
