5. Signing Instructions

  • Please provide a valid delivery address and contact number where someone can receive the package.
  • Inspect your package immediately upon receipt:
    • Check that the outer packaging is intact.

    • Confirm the shopping list is complete.
    • Do not open the product packaging before signing.
     
  • You reserve the right to refuse delivery if the package seal is broken or tampered with.

6. Authorized Signatures

If you cannot sign in person, you may authorize another person to sign on your behalf. That person must follow the inspection rules above.
 
Couriers only deliver to the designated address; any person at that address may sign for the package (e.g., a receptionist). We cannot guarantee delivery to a specific named individual.

7. Order Modification

For risk control, orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Please double-check your address and contact number before submitting your order.

8. Undeliverable Orders

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information will be held by the logistics provider for 5 days.
We will notify you via email; please reply promptly or contact customer service.
If no response is received within 5 days, we will return the package to the warehouse and process a full refund.
